Unable to upload ID documents to reactivate my account

My account has been deactivated due to inactivity. This has happened to me a couple of times in the past and the process has always been quite simple to click the reactivate link and upload my ID documents and submit. For the last 3 months I have been trying to reactivate my account but the link to do so takes me to the update charge methods page. My credit card is showing as valid but I click edit anyway and update to try and move on. It always flags as successfully updated. Then I get back to the reactivate link for ID document upload and it takes me straight back to the charge method. This repeats on and on in an endless loop. I have tried to do this at least 30 times now over the last few months and always the same result. I have raised case after case as well as had phone calls all with the same result......"We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes. " It seems to keep getting posted as a Seller identity verification team issue when I believe this is a system issue. I have searched these forums and seen many other people over the last 4-6months with the exact same issue. Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I'm totally at my end trying to get it sorted. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Seller_onDXBydEfADo1

Could you please provide me with any support case IDs related to the account reactivation issue so that I can dive into this on my end.

I see that the identity verification was done, however there might be another issue that's preventing you from getting out of the loop.

I will be waiting fro your response.
