UPS package not picked up, no communication from them
Hi All
I arranged pick up with UPS to be delivered to Amazon fulfilment centre. They were supposed to pick up yesterday but did not turn up or send a messaage to let me know what the situation is. Sent them an email but no response.
I was wondering if any of you are experiencing the same issue.

I have found ups very difficult lately, it took 7 days and 10 emails to get something collected, its no excuse but my rep said he just had hundreds of emails coming through each day. They are very busy and under staffed id say

Take it to a UPS Drop Off point,they collect every day.

Our pickup are usually ok except once they did not turn up in last 3 years. Not sure why you emailing them. Just book the collection on their website. You can take them to collection points as well but they are usually quite small, so depends size/qty they might not accept them.
Btw, our next days delivery always get there the next day, not late once even in the last 60 days.

If the driver doesn’t turn up for a collection you have to re-book it. Either over the phone or on the website.

Managed to get through to UPS. The driver claimed he turned up and was told package wasn’t ready. Odd since I was at home with package ready and on the lookout. It’s re-arranged to be picked this afternoon.
