FBA Export settings
Export settings of my products are active, but I have not received any orders from abroad. Could this be because of my VAT exemption? I think there is a problem. I need help on this. Could there be another setting that I didn’t enable or edit?

FBA Export requires the buyer to be browsing the UK site to see your listing. Whilst it’s possible, most buyers will be browsing their home sites if they have one.
If you want better exposure to other countries then you’d need to look into either EFN or Pan-EU.
Edit - just seen your other posts. FBA Export has nothing to do with EFN. Are your listings actually live in Germany, France etc?

Orders to Ireland are included as FBA export orders, if I don’t include these I get about 1 or 2 FBA export orders a week. This is on a range of around 700 SKU’s
It may depend on the type of product you have but I find FBA export orders are very low.
