Refunds not showing on customer return report
Hey all.
I’m looking through my Amazon FBA reports, and a bit concerned about the refunds that Amazon are handing out (something I’ve not really looked into until now).
Going through my emails, during September 2022, Amazon have issued refunds for 24 orders in total, however, when looking at the FBA Customer Returns report, there’s only 11 orders shown so where’s the other 13 orders Amazon have refunded?
Does that mean Amazon have refunded and let customers keep the items?

As soon as the customer requests a return, amazon can refund them
If the buyer does not return the item within 30 days, on the 45th day, amazon will recharge the buyers card and reimburse you
They appear on your transactions as other - FBA Inventory Reimbursement
