Closing my account
Hi all. Please can you help me with closing my account. I’ve withdrawn my funds. I have tried the help function 4 times with Amazon, no success. it defaults to the online tool to close accounts, which has been experiencing “technical issues” for a while now, and just keeps putting me into a loop. I can’t any tickets with Amazon, every ticket type refers me back to the online tool, then Amz closes the case. Please help
