Amazon Print Connect

We have been using Amazon Print Connect - but today major issues in it not printing labels for items to be collected by DPD today (we have overcome the issue, but a hassle to now print anything, and not as clear a print as using Amazon Print Coinnect).

I remember being told we could use an alternative, but cannot find details. Anyone know as SS I am sure won't help.

However, do not think this was the option given to us, but a general print capability

Amyone know?

(I gather all newer Amazon Sellers are not using the Amazon Print Connect System, so you may know better than me)
