When is a book 'delivered'?
I try to encourage feedback wherever possible but have had a couple of buyers recently telling me that although their book was received safely, quickly etc and they would love to give me 5* feedback they can’t when they log into their orders because according to Amazon the book remains undelivered. I find this odd, the only reason I can think is that until now, I have been sending untracked. Can anyone clarify this for me, also is there any way my buyers can change the status from ‘undelivered’ to ‘delivered’?

Hi Ambrose_Potter,
I think this might be a new wrinkle, and that, as the books haven’t been scanned on delivery (Royal Mail?) they’re considered ‘undelivered’ and feedback is blocked? My VTR is now down to 60% or so with codes validated by Amazon (I hope) Or possibly the tracking confirmation code is invalid?
Certainly, until recently, I was getting feedback on ‘undelivered’ items - well, what little feedback there was! - last I got was 27/2 which might imply the new Tracking rules which started on 1/3 might have changed things… ?
Are your items ones delivered in March… ?
All Best

The information given to buyers is:
“It can take up to three days after the order is completed or canceled for the Leave seller feedback button to show in Your Orders. You have 90 days from the date of your order to leave your rating and comments.”
