Some slow-moving stock brings extra monthly storage cost.

What simple ways do you use to clear idle inventory?

You can look at Advertising to get faster sales at the same price you are selling now but you will have to pay additional advertising costs.

You can reduce the price of the item to try and encourage more sales. which may be a cheaper than paying storage fees.

You can get the items returned to you to avoid the fees.

You can look at Amazon disposing or liquidating the items so you no longer own them. This may cost you money but overall it maybe cheaper than the cost of storing the goods with Amazon.

Sell the items on other marketplaces and utilise MCF to send these orders. Be aware MCF costs are typically higher than FBA costs

You may get into a rhythm over the years of selling, I know I personally do. After over 5 years I now can pretty accurately predict when even my slow-moving stock has its peaks and troughs, and ensure I prepare with stock levels for the peaks if that makes sense? Sometimes it comes with time and collecting data on how your specific products perform throughout the year
