amazon auto-authorised return with no reason given by buyer
Received a book back today via an amazon auto-authorized return where the buyer supplied no reason for the return. Please advise who is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label sent via Evri when no reason is supplied for the return.

Under UK and EU Law buyer does not have to give a reason but its nice know what the promblem was.
You should have the return on your dashboard if its Auto Authouized that so sellers can follow the shipment return, i had them recently taking six weeks from Southampton to East Anglia as a Tracked return,
Numerous threads about fake reasons to get the seller to pay i had books returned as Not Suitable for their purspose. Also fake claims of Missing parts Not as described
Some are honest and say chnage of mind then its buyer who pays.

It's Amazon customers, unfortunately they probably think you are operating a free library. I always get a few returns after the Halloween fancy dress period has finished. They think it's free fancy dress hire and that I'm a Mr Benn type character! The love I feel for these beautiful little cheapskates, I cannot put into words.x

Return Setting are available in the Setting Menu.
There isn't a lot you can change, it all seems to be 'Amazon - In Policy'.
There seems to be Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)??
