Can't get ungated in anything (20+ tries in each one)

Hi guys, looking for some help here.

I have tried for a month to get ungated in five brands (Nike, Jordan, Crocs, Brooks, and Adidas) with no avail. I have submitted 20+ attempts on each one and I just get the same BS response every time ("Your documents did not meet our approval standards") I have contacted seller support four times and they don't help. One person lied to me that I would get ungated the next day once I submit everything again. I have never received any actual information telling me what is wrong with my invoices, product pictures, and order confirmations (I submit ALL of these for every single application). "The internal team" never contacts me and when I hit the "I need more help with this case" they just deny me again even when I just type in the box and never actually submit more documents. I am really just looking to know who I should contact now? IS there someone higher up that can help me on my issue? I am looking at the possibility of never getting ungated in major brands and the invoices I am using are from the actual distributor (Nike, Jordan, Crocs, Adidas, Brooks).

IF there is anyone from Amazon on here that could help me, that would be much appreciated! (Actually Amazon, not seller support.)

Not sure about all of those brands, but I know that Nike and Adidas do NOT allow 3rd party sellers to sell their products here. Just read the forums; sometimes 2-3 sellers in a day will report having their account deactivated for one of these brands (and there is no recovery).

No, you don't have invoices for Nike. You have receipts. I suspect that you have receipts for the other brands as well.

Go through Seller U; pay special attention to proper ways to source inventory. Spend at least a week reading through the forums.

And count yourself lucky that you've been stopped before you ever got to list any of these. Up until a few weeks ago, you might have been able to list Nike; then after a few days or weeks, your account would end up suspended, your funds seized, and any FBA inventory not returned.

I'm getting bored with this, so do yourself a favor and search the forum for "Nike"

I can promise you I have commercial invoices from these brands.

And I can promise you that you do not have permission to sell Nike on Amazon.

My account also would not be suspended with funds being seized. This is huge misinformation

Perhaps you should do a bit of research. Read through the forums. Read the ToS you agreed to when you signed up. If you somehow manage to sell Nike, you WILL end up being suspended; it may take a day, it may take a few months, but Nike is catching up, and even sellers who have been selling Nike for years are now getting suspended, losing their account, any funds, and any inventory in FBA.

The "misinformation" is the BS you're getting from TikTok or YouTube telling you that you can sell these brands.

But if you don't believe me now, don't come crying for help when you find out I'm right (there won't be any help at that point anyway).

You have been given the straight p00p from a group of sellers with vast experience selling on Amazon and THOUSANDS of hours reading the Forums (both the New NOT Improved version as well as the older ones).

Since you want to continue beating your head against the wall, just start prepping your "please help with my Section 3 suspension" letter to save you time later.

AND please read the post from today (5/16/2024) from @Bryce_Amazon about sourcing --

"2. Build Relationships with Brands: For certain branded products, you may need explicit permission from the brand owner to sell on Amazon. Take the time to establish a relationship with relevant brands and understand their specific requirements."

You can choose to not believe what @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw gave you directly from NIKE at your own risk.

who will sell Nike on Amazon?
View post

Nike's stated goal is that it will be no one. Nike doesn't want ANYONE selling their products on Amazon.

All Nike sales on Amazon are from 3rd party sellers who aren't the conventional distributors.
View post

Correct. That is why Nike is shutting them down. Nike wans complete control of the sale and distribution of their products.

Did you even read the snippet from their website that I posted for you???

And lastly, why even come here, since you know such esteemed experts? Why aren't your "friends" helping you out with what you insist is something that is allowed?

You do realize if you weren't allowed to sell these brands, they wouldn't be on Amazon?

Yes, everyone but you and your "friends" realize that this is the GOAL that Nike (and Adidas) are going after.

Nike has recently stated that they are going to concentrate on only about 40 of the largest B&M stores, and will control ALL internet sells on their own website.

Do you think that people looking for Nike or Adidas won't be able to find them if those brands aren't on Amazon? Do you really think that there are that many people who won't try putting a .com after those brand names to see what happens (hint; they'll find the authorized website).

everyone else doesn't have a problem getting ungated.

Um, do you actually read the forums at all?? Sometimes several people PER DAY posting about either "can't get approved for Nike" or "Account deactivated; not taking my invoices from Nike". And note that not a single one of the people who has been suspended came back to say that they got reactivated (doesn't mean it didn't happen, but odd that none of the 100s of such people bothered to come back and tell people like me "Told you so")

Even one seller who claimed to have been selling Nike for 6 years got shut down; ironically only a few days after another "You don't know anything, I can sell Nike" posters asked me "So these long time sellers, you think Nike just hasn't gotten to them yet?" Obviously (to anyone paying attention), the answer is "yes, that is correct".

As for putting friends in quotes; many newbie sellers will mention their "friends". But I'll take your word for it that you are in nearly daily contact with multiple millionaires who all sell Nike on Amazon.

Oh, and I wasn't asking if you read what I said, I was asking if you read what NIKE says. It's on their website; pretty easy to find (hint, their website is pretty easy to figure out).
