I would appreciate any guidance regarding a persistent issue I am facing with listing my product due to Error 8572 (UPC/EAN mismatch). My case ID is 10817759242, and it was created on February 15, 2025. Despite providing all necessary documents, I have not received a resolution from Amazon Support.
The support team acknowledged the issue and escalated it to the relevant department, but I have not received any meaningful update. It has been several days, and I am unable to list my product.
Here are the details and documents I have already provided:
1. Screenshot of the error message received
2. Images of the product displaying the EAN/GTIN code (two images)
3. GS1 certificate confirming my company prefix and GLN
4. Proof of affiliation between the brand and the trademark owner
5. Trademark registration confirmation from UKIPO
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights on how to escalate this matter effectively, I would appreciate your advice. I would also be grateful if any Amazon moderators could review my case and help expedite the resolution.
