Competitor using my item copy on all of there items

There is a competitor who has copied and pasted all of their item descriptions from my AH store. I sent an email a few months ago asking them to stop but they have not. It appears that they are based in China. I contacted support but since I do not have a Brand there is not a lot that can be done. I applied for a Brand months ago am waiting.
Any help here.

I’ve multiple competitors on Marketplace side (all China sellers) that literally copy all my bullets points to description, except the part when I said “100% Handmade in USA”.
Because it’s only text I had nothing to do against.

So sorry. These a$$hats are so lazy and disrespectful. If you are referring to the HM Brand Registry waiver, you would not have any protection under that anyway. If they are using your photos, you might have a better chance getting them removed. So frustrating.

i have had the same. word for word… not only here on amazon, but other venues

Last year, a local shop owner (B&M) was touting new (handmade) jewelry and there was my description, word for word.
I called her on it (I know her) and she was defensive.

She showed me that a jeweler in Seattle printed my words (been using them since the 90s) on her effing (can I say that) cards.

there is no originality left. people think (and do) take our designs, our words and yes, our business.

i am not bitter. I am disappointed in humanity. but it is not just the big companies, and it is not just the Asian companies.

I spend a lot of time crafting and honing my words…

nothing I can do about it. just like I can’t keep people from using my name as a tag.

i try to not stress too much. I am tired

The only copyright protection you can be assured that Amazon will respect is if it has a formal copyright. Obviously, it is too expensive to copyright such stuff. I see this being done all over the internet.

You’ve been contacting the wrong departments.

For EVERY product make a separate Copyright Infringement claim here: https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement

You do not need to be brand registered. Include in your claim a description of how many products have been stolen and request the Chinese seller be terminated. It can also help if the Chinese seller is new and to point that out. Don’t be timid. Include a brief example of the copying and demand protection of your products.
