Received Intellectual Property Complaint help with appeal

Need help submitting a plan of action appeal so I received a property complaint on Saturday for a product I didn’t realize was brand registered I accept it was my fault. I have finally managed to submit a plan of action and now Amazon have come back and said

Thank you for informing us that you have removed your offer for the ASIN below. We appreciate your efforts to comply with our selling policies.

ASIN: B00J2VNEO2

We are unable to remove the policy violation record for this ASIN from your Account Health page because your submission did not adequately address the reason for their removal. The policy violation record for this listing will remain on your Account Health page for up to 180 days after the listing removal.

If you would like to remove this policy violation record from your Account Health page, please submit one of the following:
– The documentation requested in the original listing removal notification.
– An appeal after updating the listing product detail page to comply with the policy.

If you are not interested in selling this listing in the future or removing the policy violation record from your Account Health page, no further actions are required.

My question is can I submit another plan of action and get the stamp removed off my account or do I now just wait the 180 days for it to get removed. If so can someone help me with what’s missing from my poa happy to post it if someone can help. just don’t want it causing me more issues down the line. I’m not interested in selling the listing again in the future as I just thought it was a generic product

If you’re not going to sell it again then you don’t need to do anything and the violation will disappear after the 180 days - just need to be patient - though the length of time is annoying !
You only need to do a POA and provide the documents they’re asking for if you actually want to sell the item again.

I had this when I had a violation last year. Whilst the record stayed on my account it didn’t impact my account health which stayed healthy throughout.

The only way to actually get it removed would be a retraction notice from the brand owner
