    buy box Competitive Price Threshold

    item i sell for £3.99 for nearly 2 years just lost its buy box with a new Competitive Price Threshold of £1.02.

    This wouldn't even cover amazon fees and is not a realistic price anywhere

    Heard back from my case and they asked the below which i have provided 1 on amazon 2 on ebay and 2 on etsy but there was no mention that the £1.02 suggested price is below amazon fees.

    "Please provide a product URL from the brand, manufacturer, or a competitor that supports your pricing position. This will help us review your case with our pricing team."

    Effectively amazon has my stock that wont sell without a buy box and i cant sell at 1.02 as i would be lossing money in fees, stock cost, tax etc and they would eventually start charging storage fees and would charge me return fees if I wanted to remove my goods.

    I have provided 5 links to the same items sold else where all more expensive than I was (1 on amazon)

    I assume the external site used is temu and I have to say is a very unfair comparison considering its a completely different system to fba amazon (perhaps more like amazon haul) not to mention it has a min purchase of £15 per order.

    I hope this is resolved quickly with common sense as £1.02 as stated wont even cover the amazon fees i would have to pay per item not to mention destroy the rating of an item I have been selling for 2 years with over 50 reviews

    As mentioned the competitive price of 1.02 would be less than amazon fees so no one could sell at that price on amazon fba. It is not like for like not to mention there are other sellers here on amazon selling the same item for more than me and still have their buy box active.

    Moreover as mentioned sites like temu have min order of £15

    There needs to be common sense regarding competitive practices like this or it will destroy small businesses

    Also as it doesnt seem to be mentioned i am a vat registered company the selling price of 1.02 would also have to cover vat, this is not sustainable
