Help - FBA polybag packaging - Does it need to be transparent?
Hi
We have our own branded clothing line and wanted to ask about the packaging reqs for FBA. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find a concrete answer. Does the polybag need to be Transparent or can it be for example branded orange and opaque?
I’ve read that as long as the item is in a polybag and labelled then its fine but then some guidelines say a clear bag is needed.
I’ve also received items in polybags with one side clear and one side frosted .
Anybody have any experience with clothing and textile packaging?

We dont sell clothing but some items are shipped in polly bag, we have to have the suffocation warnings on but never had any issue so would say your fine

i think you will be ok as long as there is a suffocation warning somewhere on the bag either printed on the bag or in the form of a label on the bag and of course you need access to any ean numbers to be scanned

I was looking at a guide just a couple of evenings ago and that said they needed to be transparent and that opaque wasn’t acceptable, I’ll try to find it.
