Amazon FBA UK Citizenship Requirement

Hi, I’m investigating to see whether or not I can start an Amazon FBA in UK, does anyone know if there is a requirement for residency or citizenship of UK to start FBA? thank you

There is no requirement for a citizenship or residency in the UK, however prior to be able to do FBA in the country, you will need to register for the VAT, since you aren’t a resident.

If you are a seller from outside the EU, you will need to register for VAT, if you are in the EU then you can sell up to £70,000 without registering. Though if the UK leaves the EU then anyone from outside the UK would need to register for VAT BEFORE selling.
