Close deactivated Amazon account and then open a new one with the same company
Hello!
Our seller professional account has been deactivated since April. Amazon requested from us some details / shipping proofs that we send, but then Amazon asked us for Additional Information and to check the performance notification.
We checked performance notifications panel, but we did not received any notification about the required additional information that Amazon needs.
We plan to close his DEACTIVATED amazon account and then re-open another one, but with the same company and products.
Is that possible? To close a deactivated account and then reopen a new one with the same company and products?

no - unfortunately not
you need to reactivate the 1st account and supply whatever it was amazon asked for

No, on Amazon it is NOT possible, sadly.
They will not close a deactivated account !, - it has to be reactivated, and then you can use it.
A second seller account with same info and selling same items is a BIG NO NO.
