Delete and relist product after fake review or wait for Amazon to sort it?

Had a blatant attempt to discredit a product, do I wait it out for Amazon to sort it or delete listing, create new asin and go again ?

I do sometimes wonder how sellers can think it is okay to post on an official forum about whether they should go against one of Amazon’s policies.

You’re not supposed to create a new ASIN for the same product. Plus if you think you’ve been targeted as per your other post then what makes you think they won’t do the same on the new ASIN?

As its a product I manufacture I’m entitled to delete and not relist also. I simply asked the question ?
