FBA Shipment Problem

Hi guys,

2 weeks ago I send about 500 units to EUKD and they have been finally received the other day, however only one of the SKU have been checked while the other 3 none of them shows in my inventory and not in the Inbound shipment. What might be the problem ?

Would appreciate any help you could give why they have checked one of the SKUS and not the others - (all of the SKUS were in 1 box only)

The place is completely useless.Every shipment there (6) has mistakes,my last one there took 2 weeks + receiving with the same problem as yours 1 sku checked in the rest in limbo.Had to wait until the reconcile date & I got reimbursed for 100+ units.Sent one shipment of 143 items & they managed to check in 250!
Nothing you can do but wait.

I’ve had shipments sent to XUKD, LTN2 and LCY2 recently with imaginary shipment problems.

Have had several instances of both:

“Product or shipment sent to the wrong fulfillment center” HOW WHEN THEY WERE SENT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY AMAZON?

and

“Additional quantities encountered” including one where I sent in 3 and they received 21 units (Come to think of it, it was a gremlins toy - I hope no-one got them wet :anguished)

Are they having known issues, or are FBA staff just even more incompetent than usual?

My shipment was delivered at EUKD by UPS on Oct 2nd and no inbound email received till now. It has been over a week. Without inbound email I can do nothing but wait. Request to investigate is impossible. Eager to know what is happening with the warehouse.
