Adding Generic or branded merchandise

I am new and am currently trying to upload my first product. I went the branded rout and was denied. I followed the branding policy. Im confused in one area of seller central; it says labels are okay, and I labeled my packaging per policy. I was denied. I attempted to list under generic and other products come up. Then I read it could be because Im infringing on intellectual property and unrelated mushroom stuff apears. Is the listing tech just using AI to associate my product with others. My product is a liquid mushroom culture with many strains how does my generic listing infringe on intellectual property of another generic culture? Liquid culture media is owned strictly by mother nature and the person who grows it not another mycologist? Why do I get a listing error when trying to post liquid mushroom culture under generic lab supply/ other culture media? I am providing the correct category for my product my product is different then any other product on amazon completly. Why does it not let me post or say im infringing on intellectual property?
