Amazon FBA - Hopefully a few simple questions! (Need Help)
Hi Everyone,
Hope you are well.
We have just started to sell on Amazon, and seen the new promotion for selling on FBA (first 200 units for free).
This seems like a great deal but we had a few questions around FBA selling:
-
How do you know when you need the prepare services? We are selling instant noodles (In packs of 5). Do we need box them?
-
Do we have to pay for delivery charges if our product is sold to other EU countries?
-
For existing orders we have yet to fulfil, if we convert to Amazon FBA, are Amazon able to handle these orders?
If we could have answers on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Toyo

You need to send them to Amazon in whichever way you are selling them. So if you are selling a pack of 5, these 5 should be in a box or polybag with a Amazon sticker (FNSKU) on the outside. You can put many of these packs of 5 inside an outer box. If you are selling them individually, each noodle pack has to have a FNSKU label.

Yes, you pay the Cross-Border Fulfillment Fee (EFN). The rate card is here
-
No, you need to fulfil those orders yourself
