Amazon automatically creating parent child relationships of my listings

Amazon India has really been inefficient in handling my listings. Over the last 2 weeks, ASINS have been automatically made into random variations that are completely invalid. Raising several tickets on Amazon seller support leads to no solution. In fact, one of the responses said we cannot delete the variation because it’s valid. How does Amazon understand my product better than me, that’s quite surprising. The sad part is I can’t see these as variations on my seller panel however customers on amazon.in can see variations of my products.

Have raised approximately 8 tickets so far with no resolution yet. Why would you put coffee peanut butter with a classic peanut butter and call the variation valid? None of this makes sense and is not justified

We have also faced similar problem. Had a product listed twice one for 1 qty and other for 2 qty. Amazon merged 2 qty listing in 1. It's sku and prices changed to 1 qty listing which increased customer returns and eventually deactivation of listing. Later I found this happens because amazon algorithm if see two products sell by same seller with same attributes like images and title could merge or split them accordingly. If possible try to change the attributes most important are images.

Try to talk on call rather email they might provide you some solution. And if you have amazon's account manager ask their help.

Hope this will help.
