Seller Performance team not responding?

Hello everyone!

I recently got my seller account deactivated.
I have submitted my appeal through the Account health tab around 10 days ago and we haven’t received any response yet.

Do you know if there is a glitch or more waiting time currently?
In other occasions, they replied in about 2-3 days.

I would appreciate if you can share your average waiting time during these days.
I am afraid my appeal wasn’t received correctly or something…

Another question, do you know if the seller-performance@amazon.co.uk email is working currently to send appeals?

That’s your answer. Could be many, many weeks depending on the reason.

yes there seems to be a backlog at the moment it can take several weeks what you musnt do is to be tempted to contact them again as this will put your case back further

Due to an unforeseen delay from the seller performance team the appeals review is taking longer than expected.

I’d request you to review all the performance notifications and see if you have received any email asking for any additional information. If you have already done it and haven’t received any response yet, I’d request you to not to send any further email as this may further delay the review process.

Due to external factor impacting the appeal review process we are unable to promise a timeframe.

I truly appreciate your patience while the concerned team is working on this.

One last question for you:
I got my account deactivated in UK but also across the whole EU region. However, the appeal button is just showing in UK.

As the appeal review is taking so long in UK, do you know if I could try submitting my appeal in other marketplaces such as DE, or ES through email?
Just want to know if the seller-performance email is working currently or we are just allowed to appeal through Seller Central.

Ours took exactly 1 month for reinstatement

you just have to wait, I wouldn’t keep emailing as some have speculated you just push the case back

I am also experiencing the same.
I have called customer services and submitted 4 POAs. I was told 2 working days via message (now on day 12). And 3-5 days on the phone, currently at day 3 and the appealed case has not even been regarded as of yet.

I was deactivated for a couple of late dispatches due to a delay from my suppliers ( I work on amazon handmade) and am finding it incredibly difficult to get any sort of response from the seller team.

Just wondering if you have heard back yet and how long it took?
