Order Defect Window time line ODR
Our current ODR timeline is
Time Window: 60 days : 12-Aug-2019 - 10-Oct-2019
Not sure why if 60 days it is showing these dates and is it the purchase date or the claim date that Amazon uses for this ODR metric?
Why if its the 28th October is the ODR date the 10th October?

Please note that the ODR range is never counted from today’s date, it always allows a few weeks time where no defects are recorded for latest orders.
Also, the defects are reflecting the dates when each order was placed rather than the day when the buyer decided to open an A-Z claim or leave a negative feedback.
Here you can learn more about how the “Order Defect Rate” works after visiting this relevant Amazon help page:

Hello LaptopBits Ltd ,
The order defect rate metric is calculated basis the date when the order was placed.
Amazon does not consider the date where buyer has raised the a-z claim or the feedback issued on a particular date.
In addition, the time-period for the order defect rate reflecting will be having a lag of more than 2 weeks.
It would not consider the current date. As Amazon wants to give out some time so that the previous defects are addressed and the solutions are implemented to prevent such defects going forward.
