residential address

Hope everyone is fine.
i had an issue regarding residential address because i opened an ltd company on virtual address and i provide them all the details like utilty bill everything was ok and i had a 5k sale on that account now they asking again provide us your residential address.
i dont live in UK as i used all virtual address for amazon account and for ltd company.
my qusetion is which residential address shall i provide them the country i am living in?
would appreciate if anyone help thank you

They are doing know your customer verification. You are the beneficial owner of the business - they want to confirm your residential address as per the country you are living in.

You also need to tell companies house that you are not resident in England and also consider VAT if you do FBA (if you havent already)
