Can I change label format after generating in Buy Shipping
Ok so something has changed since yesterday in buy shipping for us. I’m using zebra printer and always had default labels set up and amazon never asked for anything. Yesterday all went as normal. Today when I tried to print labels for some reasons it asked me to choose format. Wasn’t thinking too much and choosed 6x4 ZPL (not sure why I thought this is the right one!). It direct me to a website saying that all labels were generated and were downloaded to my computer. However nothing has dowloaded and not only I have to go one by one for each order but I don;t know how to print from this format - should I have choosen png? Do I need some kind of software to print labels in zpl? Dont know what to do now, can I change this format or need to cancell all labels and go again manualy?
I got panic, cancelled one label but it did not take this order to ‘ship by today’ it still has ‘shipped status’

ok just installed QZ Tray and managed to print labels but need to do one by one… is it necessary to use this software or I can next ime just use png and print labels from pdf?

I don’t use a zebra printer but it would be interesting to know if others also saw a change yesterday.
Are you buying direct from Amazon or via a 3rd party?

thank you for this thread. I have now organise this. After I install software amazon download labels in png format in a zip compressed file to my computer. At the same time labels are sent to printer and start to print automaticaly - here everything is fine, they are printed in a correct format and size. I have standard zebra printer, the one that doesn;t connect with wifi so I believe that my laptop need to always be connected with cable to zebra printer . Otherwise probably I would need to print each label one by one. A bit inconvenient as sometime I work outside office with my laptop.But in overall it does work.
So with software it would work this way however I prefer to download labels in pdf so have to choose other option - pdf labels with a slip but again thius is a bit of inconvenient as I prefer to print a slip on normal a4 paper sheets. Good thing that this would save paper and 6x4 labels are free from RM. Well I think its all about to get used to all new amazon ‘improvements’
