Hi, just to let you know I received the generic copy and paste reply from seller support today that everyone else has been receiving. Seller support still seem to be totally clueless that there is any sort of problem with overseas VTR. I'm worried that it's taking so long to sort out this simple issue.
so disappointing that they can change and amend a policy at free will and not give us a chance to change systems and adapt

Just to let you know, my VTR is now back up at 100% like it should be. Seller support were totally clueless about the situation ( as usual ) and I don't even think this problem registered with them but someone must have been working behind to scenes with the mods here and they finally got it sorted. Thanks so much to whoever sorted this issue.

Hi all,
We are experiencing the same issue as other sellers here. Orders with earliest delivery dates of around the 11th of May that are outside the UK are flagged has having invalid tracking.
These orders are mostly being sent normal royalmail airmail large letter (DG4) and have the customs tracking number posted to amazon. We have
