Trying to list but Amazon is suspending it as medical or dietary products amount of the content is higher than the regulatory agency states , however when contacting the regulatory agency they said to me that they do regulate food supplement but rather just medical products. Send the email to Amazon support but they keep sending a kind of automated response for me to contact the agency and check they policy for the sell of the product in Uk.

I'm hoping to get some advice. Amazon has blocked two of our food supplement products, stating that they consider them medicinal products. We contacted the MHRA, and they confirmed that they do not regulate food supplements. I’ve emailed Amazon support about this issue, but they keep sending automated responses instructing me to contact the agency to check their policy regarding selling these products in the UK.

Any suggestions on what to do next? Thank you!

I have received an email stating that my listing has been blocked in the catalog because it is missing the ingredients. No matter how much I contact the support team, I am not getting a response on how to update the ingredients. The listing is for a food supplement.
