Kuehne and Nagel
Good afternoon all,
We have had our last few pallet collections allocated to Kuehne and Nagel instead of UPS.
UPS are no longer shown as an option depending on where the Amazon warehouse is located.
The shipments are not being collected and we have raised many case logs and all we have received is ‘its a problem with KNNUK facing issues in receiving orders, we will inform you as soon as we get an update from the carrier’
This has been ongoing for two weeks and is causing serious problems for us…
There is no contact number for Kuehne (the ones on google are another company!)
We’ve raised another collection but again its K&N
Would appreciate any help as banging my head against a wall at the moment…

May sound obvious but have you tried chasing directly. The carrier may not even be aware of your order.

Kuehne & Nagel are a massive Swiss, multi-national company, and I mean massive. They make Eddie Stobart look like an amoeba in the Atlantic, so I’m just wondering if they (like most other logistics companies) are suffering from a shortage of drivers. However, as with most companies who take up residence with Amazon, they usually provide a priority service (like UPS does). I’m sure there’ll be a valid reason, which might help you get to the bottom of things. I would agree with @Ninja_o_Clan_Ginger, go direct.

we are having the same problem with KnN going on 3 weeks know they are blaming amazon for it and amazon are saying they sent what they needed and are pallets are down as collected it a joke
