blocked listing due to Brand violation

certain of my products have been blocked for the reason detailed below

Reason: Restricted product policy violations.

this relates to use of the brand name we purchase these items for legitimate wholesalers and are entitled to use the brand name so have no idea why this has happened but to try and get this sorted is a nightmare as they keep saying that to amend the listing i need to be the brand owner!!

this is incredibly frustrating also need to amend an image and description again need to be the brand owner which I ma not keep going round in circles and now extremely difficult to chat to someone can anyone help or offer solution
