Hello, I am about to list a product for Paladone but seem it can have potential IP issues - does anyone have any experience with this brand? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Not personally, but provided you have valid invoices i'm not sure what problem there could be.

A fairly simple search shows that Paladone terms and conditions do not allow selling on Amazon.co.uk
You would be opening yourself up to problems.
If you are sourcing directly from Paladone or one of there official distributors you should ask them the question.
If you are sourcing from Retail or an unauthorised distributor I would definitely avoid.
