Please help update "Detailed Seller Information" email

I am unable to update the public contact email in the Detailed Seller Information section on my storefront.

Local seller support teams have escalated the case for nearly 3 months without resolution. Just let me wait and wait...

This may affect EU compliance, and I need the correct contact email to be shown.
