How to add Tracking Number to an order?
I buy my Royal Mail 2nd class parcel postage through Amazon, but unlike other online marketplaces it doesn't automatically add the tracking number.
Is there a way to add it manually? I've already had one customer contact me after 5 weeks saying her order hadn't arrived, so I sent her the tracking code and a photo of the CoP showing it was delivered 2 days after she ordered, and never heard back... I would like to avoid this in the future!

For standard 1st and 2nd class there is no tracking number for Amazon to add because they do not accept the QR barcode number. You cannot add it yourself either once you have purchased the label.
Only with Signed For,Next Day and Tracked 24/48 will Amazon add in the tracking number and provide it to the buyer.
I keep a record o the QR numbers and have checked them when a buyer claimed INR.
