Hi Team,

I received Refund Initiated emails from Amazon Seller Central and the orders specified in the email are not included in the FBA customer returns report.

Why are these orders not included in the report, in which report can these orders be found.

@Bryce_Amazon I received one of these as well. I reached out to Seller Support and was told the order does not belong to my seller account. Amazon deducted the money from my seller account so it certainly does. I've responded with screenshots but am not hopeful about receiving a satisfactory answer. Any insight you can offer would be welcomed.
