MCF shipping to Puerto Rico
My amazon account ships to PR because it is a US territory, there is no customs, and the price to ship through USPS is the same as elsewhere
However, MCF denies my orders to Puerto Rico saying I can’t export my products…
Customer Service is no help because they can’t look into an issue without an order number 
anyone have any info on this or how they corrected it or anything, bueller, fry, fry, anyone, fry

That is so odd, the first line not the second one. We have not had a PR MCF shipment, and I don’t look at the detail on our FBA shipments very often. I do know we ship to PR, quite often with FBM.
No forms, no hassle, no issue.

I think I’ve heard of this issue before. Do not recall a solution. But you could try turning off Amazon Logistics for the order.
If it does not work for PR then I would guess that it also does not work for the other territories will not work.

I don’t recall the platform but one or more allows PR as a country. Causes issues.
But there are state codes for all territories. I think AZ Buy Shipping has an issue with Guam because it, for some reason, needs the customs form. No issue with our shipping software which uses stamps for USPS

- FM – Federated States of Micronesia.
- GU – Guam.
- MH – Marshall Islands.
- MP – Northern Mariana Islands.
- PR – Puerto Rico.
- PW – Palau.
- VI – U.S. Virgin Islands.

I wanted to hear from others and possibly Amazon, but I think this is setup this way because Amazon wants to run everything through them or UPS, so they don’t setup like a platform. Unlike us who finds PR to be the same through USPS, Amazon sees missing dollars…

Hi, I am having the same issue.
I cannot select Puerto Rico (PR) from either the countries drop down or the state drop down when in Seller Central, create MCF order. The countries dropdown only lists United States.
I do have AA, AP and AF as state options. But not PR.
In my shipping settings, shipping template i have just one templete, default, that has
Domestic Shipping >> Standard Shipping, and a region under that for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico to be serviced by UPS or USPS. Hawaii and Alaska show up and work as expected, with only the Standard Delivery option presented in the create MCF order page.
Any ideas what configuration needs to change such that PR is part of the drop down (country or state)?
