Bank statements for Amazon.com

Hello everyone,

I am about to expand my business from the UK to the US, but I struggle to have my bank statement accepted. Great if someone is able to explain in other words what this automated message from Amazon.com really means:

" We are unable to verify the bank statement you provide as we only accept bank statements or credit card statements. You can hide the amount and transaction details, but the rest of the paperwork should be legible."

What do I ask my bank to provide in addition to my name, address and account number? Does anyone know? What exactly is meant by “the rest of the paperwork”?
