FBA Dangerous Goods Program Acceptance Duration

I have applied for FBA Dangerous Goods Program and it been more than 10 days it is under review. I've read many posts here and see some people waited months, even years without any update. So I would like to learn if there is any improvement since.

Also do I need to register to FBA Dangerous Goods Program separately for each marketplace? If I want to sell in UK, France, Australia, do I need to register to this program for each country separately?
