We sent a pallet to FBA warehouse in the UK and have proof of delivery from our courier. 5 months later and the stock still hasn't been allocated to our FBA and the shipment is closed. I have tried to contact support for months about this and each time leads to a dead end. How can we either find our stock or get reimbursement for Amazon losing £2,000 worth of our goods
