Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated

Maybe someone will had the same problem or can imagine what it could be.
The story started this Tuesday (26th of November) for my company account where I am working. I came to work and tried to login to Amazon account. However it was unsuccessful and there were an error message, that the account is temporary locked because of unauthorized activity. I called many times to seller support, but all what they tell is that I need to write to seller-performance. I wrote yesterday to seller-performance and received an answer:
"Dear Seller,
We have discovered information that indicates your Amazon seller account has engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. This conduct violates the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. As a result, we have closed your Amazon seller account to prevent harm to our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Your listings have been deactivated, and any open orders have been cancelled.
If you believe there has been an error, please respond to this email.

Amazon"
What deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity can be? I emailed that for sure it is an error. But I didn’t receive any answer yet.
Maybe someone had the same situation and can advice what to do and if there is any possibility to reinstate the account?

That is some pretty drastic action that Amazon have taken there, and they will not have done so lightly.
You will need to examine every aspect of your account and the way you operated it and compare that to the Agreement.
Something which you have done, and probably received previous warnings about has caused Amazon to take this unusual step.
You will only have one chance to appeal this I suspect, so be very sure before you respond to Amazon.
