Refund issued by mistake. How to get money back?

I have issued a refund by mistake for the delivered item. How can I receive my money back from the buyer?

You need to ask the customer to request to amazon that their card is recharged for the order. All you can do is a) hope the customers asks and b) amazon support understand what the customer is asking.

And if you only refunded within the last half an hour or so, there is a ‘cancel refund’ button on the order

If the safety delay window has already passed and the refund has been actually made, then you are probably out of luck.
You can try and get the customer to recharge the amount via customer services but based on the results reported here customer support usually tell them it is impossible or unnecessary and success rates are extremely low.
Worth trying if it is a decent amount of money, otherwise I’d write it off.
