Why orders cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland

I am a FBM seller. 2 times I could not send products that were previously in Amazon warehouses to Northern Ireland. Is there a setting in the shipping settings such as I do not want to receive orders from this country? Can I add extra shipping costs for Northern Ireland?

  1. Seller Central - hover over cog icon top right and choose Shipping Templates.

  2. Edit shipping settings for UK and untick Northern Ireland. You can also untick Channel Islands, if you want.

Do you want to or not want to ship to NI ?

NI is disabled on my shipping template so i assume none of my books can be shipped there.
