Brand Registry

Hi I am trying to set up Brand Registry for my products, I emailed into the support for the Brand Registry but was being answered by what seemed to be a bot as I couldn’t get a helpful answer.

My application was not accepted on the bases that my Trade mark - brand did not match 100% the Cover image.

So the question I have been trying to find out is; if the Trade Mark which is our company Logo, is added to the “back cover” on one the corners then it would be accepted no matter the size of Logo/Brand Trade Mark?? Is that correct, as I don’t what to reprint again if it’s not going to be accepted, but can’t find any Amazon agent or department to contact & check.Many thanks for your help!
