Good day, I hope you are well. Last year we change our company name and that was approved by company house uk and issue us only document incorporated change of name. But on 14 feb amazon KYC VERIFICATION popup. Now they want the statute document and the message is

'Business name on submitted Statutes should be new company name

Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)'

Now we have incorporated model articles document but on my old company would i submit that.

I'm really looking for any help with our account. We have been going through the KYC process for some time and providing all the documents Amazon has requested.

The company charter is the document that has been rejected. Our company charter is downloaded from the Industry and Commerce Bureau and all the official seals and signatures are there.

This has a huge impact on our small business and if we still don't have selling privileges, we may have to lay off employees.

Can anyone help us please? I completely understand the need for the KYC process and will continue to provide all the information and documents requested by me, but it is very harmful not to be able to sell products during this period.

We were suspended on Wednesday of this week. This came out the blue as we had been providing Amazon with all document requests over a period of time through the KYC process. No indication from Amazon or Account Manager we would be made inactive. @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgPI see you have assisted in the past. We have provided all documents and the final document was uploaded yesterday. Please can you assist me here?
