My Royal Mail prices seem to have risen today. My Royal Mail manager has told me this isnt linked to RM. Has anyone else had this?

You can click 'See Details' under the total to see what has changed and if any figure there is wrong.
I believe it's just because they are now correctly including the fuel surcharge in the visible price, which has been missing for a few months IIRC.
There's no green surcharge shown, so it's still a little bit off for those services which have that, but it's much more representative of the actual price now.

yes, we have had a business account with them since 2010. spending 30k a year.. always expected to have a discount on the general public which is why we used them until recently. i noticed profits being very marginal one month so went through our royal mail statements and i was disgusted to see the prices. especially of royal mail 48. we were paying soemone like £3.25 last year.. this year its £5.15 inc vat. this is rediculous.. its actually 10p cheaper to us tracked 48 which is the faster and better service. whats even worse is its cheaper for a normal person to buy the same service. Its cheaper for us to purchase a single label on ebay for royal mail tracked 48 which is a better service and we save £1.50 approx.. its disgusting and their service has really plummeted. some 48 items taking over 10 days.. then you cant get in touch with them to discuss your account. they pass you to a department and say they will get in touch within 7-10 days...
this wasnt sustainable for us so we have now moved to evri. we save enough a month to save the company from going under.. lol ROYAL MAIL ARE FINISHED!!!!!!!!! Dont use them if you can help it
