Someone has left me a bad review on my product because the jewelry is not fillable. NO where does it state it is fillable, it actually says in the product details that it is NOT FILLABLE IT IS ALREADY FILLED, what do i do? This is my very first review on this item. Now i have a one star review. PLS HELP!!!!! This is unfair this is NOT a fillable item AND NO WHERE STATES THAT IT IS!!!

This person I believe is a competitor I have on Etsy that has the same name, coincidentally they left there heart necklace a 5 star and mine a one star around the same exact time,
