Delivery Speed

What do I need to be setting to get promised time closer to actual delivery time?

My shipping template has a 5-7 for BFPO which is hardly every used… and then 7-21 for international.
UK stuff is 2-3 or 1 day depening on the order type. So where is the estimate coming from?

We have handling set as 1 day and its always been 1 day even though we send everything out up to cut off.

Any ideas?

Hey @Pickle,

I will attach the help page, Order fulfilment settings , maybe something needs to be changed in settings, perhaps our other sellers can chime in.
