Talking to a manager
Guys is there a possibility to talk to a manager at amazon. I am so extremely frustrated to talk to the verification team. I have personally never received such a bad service in my life. It’s constantly the same bs template they keep sending without useful information. This verification process is taking waaayyyy toooo long. Thanks in advance.

In a word.
No
That scenario does not exist on Amazon unless you can get onto a phone call with SS and somehow manage to hold out for a line Manager, but they would not be able to help with a verification issue.

Have you tried e-mailing seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk?
Also, if you have a specific question, you could ask here.

This doesn’t look right. Normally - when you keep sending same emails/opening same case - every next staff member should send you back some random gibberish, totally different from previous information. In example, they may ask you to send reply via email, but message doesn’t include email address (and message is sent from address which is not receiving incoming emails). When you re-open a case asking them to provide email address, next staff member will inform you that this problem cannot be solved by email and will offer you to do some different thing, unrelated to your issue Thats they way how seller support works. Actually - im wondering whats the point of having seller support at all(since i believe they are actually employing huge bunch of staff who has no clue what are they doing and have no knowledge about basic things in Amazon)

No offense but you have all been wrong. I managed to get a hold of a supervisor and they cleared up the situation for me in 2 days. For future reference if its important contact managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

I’m rather disappointed now, all those pop-ups offering the chance to talk to beautiful women in my area means I’ll only get an email.

I find it quite childish the way you guys are reacting. I never wanted or was it my intent to belittle nobody. If I caused confusion I’m very sorry for that but no one specifically said the phone or email, It could of went both ways. The fact that you all assumed that I meant on the phone is your mistake. And the fact that I didn’t clarify it is my mistake. And I’m sorry if that caused confusion. Quite childish to say the least. Thank you for everybody that made an effort to answer my question!
