Selling application request approval , then "We are not accepting applications to sell"
Can someone please advise me what to do here. All 5 ASINs required invoices to sell. We are the brand owners, and have registered through Brand Registry too. Then we are trying to relist 1 ASIN and am met with "We are not accepting applications to sell:
Grocery category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
The products are all in new condition and I really don't understand what has actually happened. I can't even submit a new selling application because I am already approved. Does anybody know the fix to this please?

I am having the exact same problem as you. I believe it is a flaw in the Amazon system. I have received 3 emails now dismissing my concerns. I read elsewhere someone having this issue downloaded the FLAT file for their product and noticed the category has been changed. My product is not refurbished, collectable or an "other" product as per the error message. Something has changed. If anyone from amazon sees this my case ID is CASE ID 10500260612
I have emailed CEO office just now as seller support are not helping me any way.

We have had this issue as well with one of our items, Amazon have made the listing inactive and there is no way to get approval as it doesn't fit criteria. The issue is, the criteria has nothing to do with our item at all. I said this to seller central support who essentially ignored what I said and gave me more reasons it might not be valid, which are still not relevant! Has anyone had any luck with this?
