Evri (Hermes) Invoices
Hi,
Does anybody know how to get previous invoices from Hermes who have now changed their name to Evri?
I used to get my invoices from my email from Hermes. They would email confirmation along with a link ‘view invoice’ which would make me able to view and save the invoice.
Now this same link just takes me to their new website. There is no invoice and it just takes me to my basket on Evri’s website.

Do they really think that a change of name will suddenly make everyone forget all the bad press they have had ?!
