We have just moved to Yodel away from EVRi. This has caused us one issue, seller fulfilled Prime.

EVRi wont collect from us anymore so DPD have stepped up and going great. Only issue is that some orders only allow us to ship with EVRI and not DPD. We really dont want this as we have to take the orders to a drop shop.

Does anyone know how to remove EVRI from the list of seller fulfilled Prime?

I use to be able to use Evri next day delivery no problem but recently things have changed. using evri 2 day delivery on amazon will purchase. next day delivery label and when ever I have a next day delivery order it says "Seller is not registered to use this delivery service." even though I use to be able to access it and have my evri account linked. What has changed? Now I have to go to the evri website to purchase my label

We fulfilled an order using an Evri label purchased through Buy Shipping. Unfortunately, Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong door number, as clearly seen in the Proof of Delivery (POD). Additionally, the parcel was left outside unattended and has subsequently gone missing.

I have been trying to reach Evri for the past six days without success. The chatbot only takes messages without providing any solutions, and the contact number is automated and unhelpful.

The order is valued at over £100. I need advice on how to escalate this issue and successfully claim compensation from Evri. I am waiting for their response so I can refund the customer
